Welschriesling

Welschriesling from two villages, fermented and blended using three special processes. Partly fermented on skin and matured for six months, partly stemmed in Légli amphoras and partly fermented in new Larus barrels after whole-bunch pressing. Full-bodied, orangey, inimitable. It goes well with spicy dishes.
