Welschriesling
First impression: drink it in the heat, even as a spritzer. A blend of two welschrieslings, half fermented on skin and half soaked. Apple-citrus tones, incontrovertible acidity, sediment on the bottom of the bottle. A relatively easy to understand welschriesling in the natural wine universe. Our answer to global warming.
